Puddleducks’ Philosophy, Mission Statement and Values

Each centre and individual classroom has an individual philosophy that complements the overall Puddleducks’ Nursery and Preschools Philosophy.

 It is our philosophy to provide a caring, safe, stimulating environment for children, an exciting place where they can grow as individuals with the chance to express their own feelings and views through quality interactions.

 At Puddleducks’ we pride ourselves in providing “Stepping stones –the path to the future,” by having a fun; educational programme delivered by a team of qualified, dedicated & caring teachers with low child-teacher ratios.

Children at Puddleducks’ will have endless opportunities to explore, experiment and to discover at their own stages of development.

Children at Puddleducks’ will grow up in a friendly and respectful environment where family values are promoted.

All the aspects related to a child’s early development are stimulated through games and motivating activities.

At all our centres children are provided with high quality adult: child interactions to develop mutual trust and reciprocal relationships.

Childhood is an unforgettable and unique time and we want to share the development of good examples, respect, and co-operation.

We offer a personalised education. Children work to their ability and level of maturity, helped by teachers who respect their individual pace.

A special emphasis is laid on the children’s holistic (whole) development.

The Programme is based more on co-operation rather than competition and we encourage teamwork as much as the desire for individual excellence. Teamwork is promoted as a way of fostering harmonious relationships and the learning of obligations and rights.

We seek to develop children’s self esteem and independence.
